Hello everyone! A new version of the game client was released today as some of you are aware. Unfortunately the new server version has still not been released so we are unable to apply updates. Hello everyone, recently the response times for help requests or emails have been a little slower than usual. We apologize if you've had to wait for a while to get a reply from us. We handle issues in the order they are received normally and sometimes it can take time to review, research and to reply back to everyone.

We are aware that many players are looking forward to "June 21st" based upon the most recent YouTube video stating that we hoped to have some big news by Spring 2020. This was not intended as an actual deadline, and was never meant to be received as such, as it was more of a hopeful projection. Meanwhile, as many of you are keenly aware, the "human malware" that has impacted the world, has impacted us too, and things have slowed for everyone. We will be avoiding making such projections in the future unless we are absolutely certain of timelines. In the past month we have been working on optimizing our infrastructure to prepare for the future, and we have also spent a lot of time cumulatively working towards the rest of our goals in the push to Britannia. With the pandemic currently affecting the whole planet, we just want to remind everyone about the LOU housing policy.
If you are in any position where you cannot get to the game for an extended time, please reach out to us, and we can consider your request to put your house into a Vacation Hold to prevent it from decaying in the normal timeframe.
We're aware of an issue with these systems whereby it is saying the tree or rock is 'Too far'. We'll advise when it has been resolved.
Legends of Ultima is now running on server 0.9.3, you'll need to update your clients. If you are running the standalone client, run the launcher to update. Steam will of course update automatically (without even asking you!).
The main server is now offline for the Test Center scheduled event! Please join us on Test Center. The main server will remain offline until the conclusion of the event, roughly 3 hours.
We are experiencing a technical issue with the server and are offline temporary while we work to resolve it. We appreciate your patience during the downtime. Test Center has been brought up a non-saving state so that you can log in there and mess around in the meantime. We'll let you know as soon as we've any updates.

We're excited to announce that an extensive combat overhaul is now available for testing on our test center. This is a large update which brings many of the combat systems in Legends of Ultima closer to our roots in Ultima Online's early eras.

Live has been updated to include a change from Britannia which causes mount stamina to not drain during a PvP timer.
An issue preventing guildmasters from seeing the Guildmaster Title option from the Guild Menu has been resolved
An issue has been resolved that was causing players to become frozen after changing the shape of their body using Polymorph spell and disguise kits and the spell and disguise kits have been re-enabled now.
An issue has been resolved with plot lockdowns causing items being released from a plot to not be removed from the Lockdown List. This affected things like plot re-sizing, as well as the number of lockdowns being reported incorrectly.
Existing pet deeds were originally scheduled to expire on 1/1/2020 but as you know we had delayed that to give people more time to claim them. Existing deeds will now expire on 6/15/2020 and existing deeds will be removed from the world at that time.
Several performance and server stability fixes from Britannia have been applied to the live server.

We are aware that the Green Checkered Stall House Addon is appearing as just a wooden frame without any canopy. We are looking into it.
We are aware that the Player Settings option "Restock Amount" is not working with the latest update to the vendors system. Please use the "Restock Reagents" button in the Vendor Buy window, or Set and Set All, as a workaround.
We are aware of an issue with items not decaying consistently when they are dropped on a plot.
Some deco objects have larger bounds than necessary causing a buffer between the object and the end of the plot bounds -- please send bug reports with link to screenshot or description of items affected, we'll do our best to optimize
Skinning for mobs occasionally gives logs or skulls
Housing cannot be placed when the deed is not in your main backpack. Make sure blueprints are in your main backpack when trying to place them for now
Trees/Rocks - May occasionally be 'too far' to chop/mine (mostly resolved)
Decoration - the decorate window is sometimes prevented from coming up, or working properly after locking down an object on a plot
Treasure maps - Some treasure maps can't be deciphered, or chests may spawn inside a player's plot. The system is being overhauled and later this should no longer occur. Lag issues in Upper Plains (and to a lesser degree Southern Hills) are known issues. There is no short term resolution on this. We expect a lot of this to improve significantly once we move to the new map.
If you get stuck on any in game landscape (eg mountain/rock faces etc), use /stuck, recall, or failing those options, page a GM. These are not bugs we can resolve on the current map.
Craft All is interrupted frequently especially in busier regions such as Upper Plains (Moonglow, Cove) and Southern Hills (Britain). Britannia map will fix this.
Power Hour gain issues can't be replicated; use the /skillgaindebug command to see what your Base Chance is (chance prior to any buffs/debuffs), plus if you are receiving a bonus/debuff for any reason, as well as the Final Chance (after buffs/debuffs)
Engraving doesn't always work on some books
Dyetubs have several objects which cannot be dyed as expected with the new Dye-tubs, please send bug reports with specific information about items you'd expect to be able to dye
Unequipping items on paperdolls may not work. Double click a replacement item in your backpack to equip gear in the meantime, or right click & unequip
Robes Of The Vampire sometimes do not properly display its visual effects
Guards sometimes whack players when using some utility spells like Mark
Containers sometimes don't show their contents, this is a client-related issue and we anticipate that an upcoming Client Patch will resolve this
Maker's Mark: Crafted items may not receive the Maker's Mark when they're supposed to, or some objects may receive a Maker's Mark when they shouldn't
Disguise Kit shows a player's real name in chat, as well as on the player's corpse
Mobs and NPCs may walk through walls and see through walls. CS has been made aware of this and we will be in more control of these kinds of issues when we switch to the Britannia map.
Items taken from crates in town may get stuck in your backpack. Page for a fix (or die and leave them on your corpse).
Part of the UI may not load including healthbar(s), hotbar(s), weapon abilities, etc. -- A known solution is to switch server regions, for example if you are in Upper Plains (Moonglow) then travel to Southern Hills (Britain).
Marking a rune may cause the sound of the spell to persist perpetually. The only resolution is a relog at this time.
Sometimes the game says that's too far away in error.
Mounts other than Horse may not work in some or all of the regions.
The 5 Star General Enchantment has caused server crashes and we will be disabling this enchantment permanently.
The Combat Log has been temporarily disabled it to debug an issue with persistence as it may get cleared when you cross regions or log out.
Certain containers (such as crates), may not show the background/objects inside. Relog to resolve this or use another type of container.
Town vendors no longer sell skill books and instead train skills by speech command: vendor train skillname

Anyone can get to and from Wind through Misty Caverns, north of Riverside.
Britannian dungeons like Covetous can be accessed via Wind! One-way wagons can take most there but won't bring you back.
